Our factory, Zhenjiang Youcheng Hardware Co., Ltd, locates in Zhenjiang Jiangsu province, which is the largest brush & roller production base in China. It’s about 250kms from Shanghai port, covering an area of 7,300sqm. 60 workers are manufacturing 18,000pcs paint rollers per 8 hours working day.
At the present stage, we have three thermobonding machines, two cutting/combing/trimming 3 in 1 machines, six injection facilities， one automatic steel rod bending equipment and two assembly lines for packaging. We cooperates with B&Q, Brico Depot, Castorama, Faithful, DULUX and so on. Third party CSR audit is strictly required by those customers. And our applying for BSCI is on process.
With the help of advanced equipments and effective management system, our products are selling well all over Europe, America and middle-east counties.
